How to Fill Form:-
- Candidates should first read the full UP GNM Entrance Test (UPGET) notification and if eligible, they can apply online through the given link.
- While applying, the candidate will have to fill all the columns carefully so that no mistake can be made like – Name of the candidate, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Date of birth, Address, Qualification details.
- While applying online for UP GNM Entrance Test (UPGET), it is mandatory to upload the required document/Live photo/signature
- Valid OBC certificate issued only on or after 1st April 2026 will be acceptable.
- Valid EWS certificate issued only on or after 1st April 2026 will be acceptable.
- Before submitting the form, re-check all the columns and documents and submit only if everything is correct.
- Before submitting the form, check the preview of the form once so that there is no mistake in the form and submit it online if everything is correct.
