- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.) OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.), in accordance with NCTE Regulations, 2002. OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) recognized by RCI. OR
- Graduation (or its equivalent) and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.)
- Note: A 5% relaxation in qualifying marks is applicable for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/Disabled) candidates.

- Graduation (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed. / L.T.), in accordance with NCTE regulations. OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. OR
- Graduation (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a B.Ed. (Special Education). OR
- Graduation or Post-Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in B.Ed. (The minimum percentage requirement in Graduation is not applicable for those who took admission before July 29, 2011). OR
- Note: A 5% relaxation in qualifying marks is applicable for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/Disabled) candidates.

How to Fill Form:-
- Candidates should first read the full UTET notification and if eligible, they can apply online through the given link.
- While applying, the candidate will have to fill all the columns carefully so that no mistake can be made like – Name of the candidate, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Date of birth, Address, Qualification details.
- While applying online for UTET, it is mandatory to upload the required document/Live photo/signature
- Valid OBC certificate issued only on or after 1st April 2026 will be acceptable.
- Valid EWS certificate issued only on or after 1st April 2026 will be acceptable.
- Before submitting the form, re-check all the columns and documents and submit only if everything is correct.
- Before submitting the form, check the preview of the form once so that there is no mistake in the form and submit it online if everything is correct.
