  • Other State Passout Students: Candidates who completed their nursing education outside UP and are registered with another state’s nursing council
  • Army Students: Candidates passing out from Army boards.
  • Provide your personal details (Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Aadhaar Number, and Contact Information) accurately
  • Enter your academic and training institution details (Training Center code, university/examining body, month/year of joining, and passing)
