Master’s Degree:
- 2-year Master’s after a 3-year Bachelor’s degree OR
- 1-year Master’s after a 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD/EWS and other eligible categories).
- Candidates with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree must have 75% marks (5% relaxation for eligible reserved categories).

M.Phil. Degree:
- Minimum 55% marks required.
- 5% relaxation for eligible reserved categories.

How to Fill Form:-
- Candidates should first read the full UPRTOU Ph. D Admission notification and if eligible, they can apply online through the given link.
- While applying, the candidate will have to fill all the columns carefully so that no mistake can be made like – Name of the candidate, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Date of birth, Address, Qualification details.
- While applying online for UPRTOU Ph. D Admission, it is mandatory to upload the required document/Live photo/signature
- Valid OBC certificate issued only on or after 1st April 2026 will be acceptable.
- Valid EWS certificate issued only on or after 1st April 2026 will be acceptable.
- Before submitting the form, re-check all the columns and documents and submit only if everything is correct.
